Please read all terms of service carefully before commissioning.

ORDERINGAll clients must be over the age of 16 to order and enter the agreement.FLAWSAs a new maker, I want my clients to have the best quality possible. Due to me being a beginner, some of the work may have minor flaws at close inspection. All clients must understand that the price of my work reflects the fact that I am a new maker, and that flaws are a big possibility at this point in my endeavors. My work is not tested over a long period of time, as I only began making last year. Long term durability is out of my hands, and you agree to the unknown when agreeing to the terms.BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
Once the commissioned item is out of my hands and into yours, you are responsible for it. While I do my best to make my pieces as durable as possible, they are not indestructible. If something breaks or tears in your hands, it is then your responsibility to fix. I ask that you are careful with your pieces, and don’t pull or tear it. :)TAT
I normally do work Monday-Friday. I do not do any work on weekends, unless a rush order is placed. If I go somewhere or am busy for any reason and cannot do any work for a given amount of time, you will be informed of that. Turn around time can range anywhere from 1-2 months, depending on complexity and availability. My updates given are very frequent. Please keep in mind that when I have multiple commissions to work on at a time, I am splitting my time amongst them. If you don’t get an update for a day or two, I’m most likely just working on the other commissions I have. I work hard to keep my clients in the loop through every step, so please don’t rush or beg me to give updates (unless it’s been a very long time).ALTERATIONSAny alterations you would like made after approval of a design/marking will result in an extra fee. I account only for the materials it would require to make the set once. If any changes need to be made, you will be responsible for covering the cost of extra material.ALLERGY WARNINGI do live in a household with a small non-shedding dog. The dog hardly enters my workspace, but the dander may have a chance to move into the workspace. If your allergy is very severe, then I would not take the chance in buying for safety.SIZINGFor premade paws, I use the pattern by Bite Me Fursuits. These are meant to fit MOST hands. I cannot guarantee that they will fit yours.For premade feet paws, I use the pattern by SplitGrapeSoda. These are meant to fit MOST feet. I cannot guarantee that they will fit yours.PAYMENTAll payments must be in USD currency, and will be accepted through Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo. Any other payment method will not be accepted. For all items, payment must be made in full before shipping.If your order is UNDER $200 Payment must be made in a minimum of 3 quantities. The first payment you must make will cover the fur costs so I can order the fur needed. Then, you must pay the next 50/50. If you would like to initially pay in 50/50 or in full, thats also accepted and preferred! For orders OVER $200 payment plans can be adjusted. :)SHIPPINGOrders will have an estimated delivery date of 4-7 days after shipping. I cannot guarantee this time frame. Any reference sheet sent that appears to be AI will not qualify you for a commission and you will be blocked. Please commission a reference sheet from a real artist.MY TERMS
If at any time, the commissioner makes me uncomfortable, comes onto me, or says something offensive or hurtful towards me, I have the right to cancel your commission and stop the service. I will not tolerate inappropriate behavior towards me, and you will not be refunded with whatever balance you’ve paid.If throughout the process I am not able to satisfy/meet your expectations on the design given and I feel I have done everything I can to make it come to life, I have the right to stop your service.If you reached this point and agree to all the terms, I thank you very much for your interest in a new makers work. I strive to make my clients happy with my work, and will do whatever possible to make the experience of clients the best possible. :)
